View the Martians Video filmed on Devon Island in the High Arctic (75 degrees North), Nunavut, Canada, for the NASA Haughton-Mars Project! Martians was officially released in October, 2006 at the XPrize Cup in Las Cruces, NM. Elaine was a fan of the XPrize since 1996, and it is a fantastic coincidence that her home town of Las Cruces would become the location for the yearly XPrize Cup events and Spaceport America! Martians marks the end of an era for ZIA, the time spent on the East Coast. Elaine was commissioned by the Haughton-Mars Project to film a music video on Devon Island in the Canadian High Arctic, 75 degrees North, with mission of inspiring the dream of humans living on Mars. The rest of the album is split between positive spacey messages and songs about loves lost. Plenty of hard-earned emotion is packed into this CD which is unusual for ZIA. video | lyrics
